Dr. Patrick Latcham
Dr. Latcham has practiced dentistry in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, since 1981. His special interests include comprehensive implant procedures, cosmetic dentistry, and TMJ treatment.
In addition, Dr. Latcham received extensive training in laser treatment for gum disease, as well as CEREC, the system for one-visit crowns.
Dr. Latcham received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) from University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, following his graduations from University of Detroit High School and Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. He also earned the prestigious Masters award (MAGD) the highest available from the Academy of General Dentistry.
Latcham has been an evaluator for Clinicians Report, a non-profit educational research organization. Their monthly reports are published worldwide in seven languages.
Dr. Latcham balances his busy career with an active home life. He and his cherished wife, Linda, enjoy skiing, water sports, sailing, and biking with their four terrific sons. Commitment to family, community, and patient satisfaction is part of what makes Pointe Dental Group great!

Dr. Paul Van Walleghem
Dr. Paul Van Walleghem has been practicing Dentistry for 30 years and Dental Sleep Medicine for 25 years.
Dr. Van Walleghem is known for his professional approach, attention to detail, and warm and caring manner. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and graduated from Northwestern University Dental School in 1986 with honors. Dr. Van Walleghem received his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 1999, and is a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Paul Van Walleghem helps Macomb and Wayne County residents get a more restful night's sleep, as well. Dr. Van Walleghem recently became an American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (ABDSM) Diplomate. ABDSM is the board for the leading national organization for dentists who treat snoring and obstructive sleep apnea with oral appliance therapy, an effective alternative treatment to the standard continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machine. Earning Diplomate status from the ABDSM is a unique honor that recognizes special competency in dental sleep medicine.

Dr. Kirsten J. Fanelli
After graduating from the University of Michigan with a degree in Biological Anthropology, she continued her education at Midwestern University of Dental Medicine back in Chicago where she met her Michigander husband (also a dentist) and made her way back to the mitten state.
Dr. Fanelli’s special interests include restorative dentistry, oral pathology, and dental education. While at Midwestern she won awards for academics, leadership, and excellence in patient care, and she strives to maintain these ideals now as a practicing dentist.
In her free time, Dr. Fanelli is an avid reader and traveler who enjoys spending time with her husband Joseph and beloved cat, Murphy. She watches Jeopardy religiously and is always planning her next adventure.
Dr. Jenna J. Briney
Dr. Briney attended Oakland University for her undergraduate studies and continued her education at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. There, she helped lead a volunteer organization which continues to provide free dental care to underserved populations in the Detroit area. She enjoys volunteering for this clinic and participating in dental missions.
Dr. Briney's clinical interests include oral pathology, oral surgery, and cosmetic dentistry. She values comprehensive care, and likes to see patients throughout the progression of their treatment.
In her free time, Dr. Briney enjoys spending time with family, exploring the great outdoors, and playing sports. She likes to adventure and try new things, and hopes to be able to travel and experience more of God's creation.
